### 30-Day Exchange Policy

At Blessed Art Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day exchange policy.

*** Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

*** Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

1. **Contact Us**: Email our customer service team at giftedray2016@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
2. **Approval**: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
3. **Return Shipping**: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. **Inspection**: Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the exchange criteria.
5. **Exchange**: After inspection, we will process the exchange and send you the new item(s). If the exchanged item(s) have a different price, we will adjust the payment accordingly.

#### Important Notes:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer an alternative item of equal value or a store credit.
- The exchange process can take up to 20 days from the receipt of your returned item.
